Boyne Street Apartments

Dublin City Centre

This project involved the demolition of an existing industrial structure and construction of a new seven-storey modern residential apartment scheme with commercial premises at ground floor level. The building is located in a prime location in the city centre. Inside, the building features a range of luxurious amenities including a gym. The apartments are designed to maximize natural light and create a sense of spaciousness, with open-concept living areas, high ceilings, and large windows.

No.3 Stephen's Green

Dublin 2

This is a city centre infill development that cleverly maximises the site to provide much needed city centre residential units. All units including the refurbishment units to the Georgian front are all larger than normal to provide quality residential amenity. The upper floors of the existing building have remained largely intact in terms of their room layout and circulation to protect the Georgian quality of the buildings while still proving large, voluminous, contemporary accommodation overlooking St. Stephen's Green. The ground floor unit remains in use as a commercial premises but by developing the upper floors, it provides a hugely sustainable city development.

Finglas Development

Dublin

The building is a striking modern structure. It's situated on a bustling urban street, with shops and restaurants on the ground floor that spill out onto the street, creating a lively and vibrant atmosphere. Above the commercial spaces, there are several levels of residential units, ranging from cozy studios to spacious two-bedroom apartments. The apartments are designed with an emphasis on natural light and open space, with large windows and balconies that offer stunning views of the city skyline.

One of the most unique features of the building is the communal garden. This lush oasis is accessible to all residents and provides a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Overall, this mixed-use commercial and residential building is a perfect blend of modern design, convenience, and community.

Blackrock House

Co. Dublin

The existing protected structure is in need of refurbishment works and to complement this, two new additional residential blocks are planned. The architectural language takes its influence from the existing protected structure but use a contemporary twist in terms of the honeycomb brick and the pattern of build. The duplex units to the rear reflect the residential units taking its architectural cue in terms of language, rhythm, massing, bulk and scale.
