Merrion Building

This Project involved the demolition of a 1950s concrete build and its replacement with a 1,1002sm, Category A, contemporary office building with a high quality finish. In discussions with DCC Planning Authority, it was agreed that the façade of the building would be muted in terms of its appearance and would recognise the historic context in which it is situated. The site lies between a historic hotel and prominent corner of the Georgian Merrion Square.
The finish reflects the existing architectural language of the historic area but uses a more contemporary, lighter-colour brick to identify a new chronology. The bris soleil on the glass set back shoulder area is an abstract of the nearby railway connections.
New Whiskey Distillery

The project involved the detailing and construction of a mixed use development to include a new whiskey distillery, associated visitor centre and retail premises. A viewing gallery, tasting room, and exhibition centre were also provided. An extension to the rear houses plant rooms, a cooperage, and associated offices.
Little Lizard Gaming

The project involved a complete fitout in an existing office block for Minecraft online gaming company, Little Lizard. The brief included the provision of 20 recording booths, open plan offices, breakout zones and meeting rooms. The aim was to create playful spaces that reflected the company's image.
Bright colours and textured materiality flow throughout the office scheme, adopting various elements of the Minecraft game with panelled 3D walls and pixelated graphics.
Datalex Offices
Dublin
The project, located in Eastpoint Business Park, involved a complete office fit-out across three floors for Airline & Travel Retail Software Applications Provider, Datalex.
The colour palette- vibrant orange, grey and white, was selected in accordance with the brand's image and is incorporated into all elements of the office scheme, from flooring to furniture.
Irish Cement Offices
Dublin
In addition to completing office works for CRH European HQ at Cabinteely and CRH Ukraine, these are the production offices for Irish Cement’s headquarters at Platin. The material palette was selected for the durability of the materials and finished appearance. The building utilizes sustainable practices to reduce the energy use to a minimum.
The introduction of timber paneling on the central spine corridor offers a counterpoint to the robust nature of the external materials and softens the interior.
