The Mont Hotel

These works included a bedroom extension and internal refurbishment to this city centre hotel, a popular 4-star property for the O'Callaghan Collection, located centrally at Merrion Square.
 

Cafe en Seine

39-40 Dawson St, Dublin 2

The iconic Café en Seine has reopened its doors on Dawson Street following an extensive refurbishment, with over three floors, an indoor Street Garden, art nouveau décor, a designated restaurant and several bars.  One of the most iconic venues in Dublin, the newly designed space features several dining experiences, a host of bars, and bespoke event areas.
 

The Green Hotel

1-5 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2

This was the internal refurbishment of a city centre hotel, a stylish 4-star property for the O'Callaghan Collection, located in a Georgian Townhouse located a stone's throw away from St. Stephen's Green in the heart of Dublin City.

East Side Tavern Bar & Kitchen

This gastro-pub at the corner of Leeson Street and Stephen’s Green is a hybrid of an Australian urban bar and a New York eatery.  The eclectic mix of materials offers an informal, trendy dining experience.  This project was completed within four weeks.

Players Lounge

Croke Park Stadium

The GAA wanted to create an internal hospitality area for the players for use after matches.  This space, using the finest tradition of Irish craftsmen, creates an informal lounge area together with a formal dining area which can be used for both player functions and ancillary hospitality bookings within the stadium environs.  The centerpiece is a specially commissioned Waterford crystal chandelier specifically created using 70 crystal sliotars and 32 crystal Gaelic footballs on an LED lighting system.

Marcel's Restaurant

Mary's Road, Dublin 4

This restaurant was inserted into a previous cafe at the end of Mary's Road, a residential area tucked away off bustling Upper Baggot Street. The plush finishes reflect the upscale dining experience offered on ground level and continue in the private dining rooms on the first floor. This project was completed in five weeks from start to finish.
 

Pichet Restaurant

Trinity Street, Dublin 2

This chic eatery is located in Dublin City Centre on Trinity Street. Split into three unique areas, the front room is airy and spacious; the main dining room offers guests a front row seat to the theatrical displays provided by Pichet’s team of chefs and the quaint conservatory presenting guests with an intimate dining experience.
